This function calculates the 'Modified' Charlson Comorbidity Index (mCCI) using CorEvitas data.

Usage

mcci_calc(registry, data)

Arguments

registry

CorEvitas disease registry your data is from. Available options are pso, ra, or ibd.

dat

dataset containing comorbidity information.

Value

vector of mCCI values
